Our Young Tech Talent Programme offers graduates the unique opportunity to develop their technical and business acumen within a leading Swiss bank.
The programme has been conceived to train the next generation of IT managers and computer scientists, with a focus on innovation and continuous learning.
Training takes place in an Agile, collaborative environment that is receptive to new ideas, where every contribution counts and diverse skill sets are valued.
Why the Young Tech Talent Programme?
Successful candidates are offered a permanent contract. The programme then unfolds along an engaging roadmap designed to accelerate the acquisition of both technical and interpersonal skills within Pictet.
Our programme is structured around four core priorities:
Develop
- Take advantage of an 18-month curriculum comprising three rotations in various tech teams.
- Dive deep into a broad range of tech fields – from innovation and generative AI, infrastructure and work environment and cybersecurity, to cloud and networking, analytics and insights, UX/UI development and microservices.
- Enhance your skills and expertise through a winning combination of interpersonal and technical training, with a focus on communication, organisation and collaboration. You will also have access to professional certifications, including AWS, Azure, Data, GenAI and Scrum.
Innovate
- Join business-shaping tech projects that encourage experimentation, creativity and continuous learning.
- Suggest and trial new ideas and tech solutions within your team.
- Contribute to driving digital advancement and continuous improvement in the Group’s practices and tech tools.
Impact
- Take part in major Group initiatives with real-world implications for our systems, processes and work environment.
- Introduce tangible solutions that will drive lasting change within the organisational set-up.

Young Tech Talent Programme
Your profile
- Bachelor and master's degree or vocational qualification (from a university or from the HEG, HES, EPFL or Ecole 42).
- No more than 2 years’ professional experience.
- Passionate about tech, adaptable with an appetite to learn, as well as solid skills.
