Accessibility statement
Our commitment to accessibility
We are dedicated to providing a digital experience that meets the needs of all our visitors, aligning with both the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA).
Our accessibility standards
Our aim is to follow the standards outlined in:
- European Accessibility Act (EAA): Mandating accessibility across financial services by June 2025.
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA: International guidelines ensuring web content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users.
How we are making a difference
We design our website to be clear, intuitive, and accessible:
- Simple, clear and structured layout
- Easy-to-read fonts and colours
- Fully navigable via keyboard or assistive technologies
Assistive technology compatibility
We do our best to ensure our website supports various assistive technologies including:
- Screen readers
- Voice recognition software
- Magnification tools
Staff awareness
Our web team understands that creating an accessible digital experience is paramount, and the team is informed on how to include accessibility in their day-to-day work.
For example, reviewing accessibility is part of the standard workflows for new web page creation.

An ongoing journey
We regularly review our website to ensure compliance with the latest accessibility standards and best practices.
Our latest accessibility audit was run in May 2025 by Zington (https://www.zingtongroup.com/). This audit consisted of a combination of automatic and human reviews, as well as interviews of all main actors (product owners, content editors, developers and designers).
Areas of improvements included elements such as keyboard navigation, video/audio control, link focus visibility and image descriptions. While some elements might take longer to complete, we have or are in the process of implementing the recommended changes.
