Whistleblowing channel
The FundPartner Solutions (Europe) SA whistleblowing channel allows you to report any violation in a specific, independent, and anonymous manner.
In a professional context, any person, regardless of their status (employees, including those whose employment contract has not yet started or has ended, volunteers and interns, subcontractors, suppliers, self-employed workers, shareholders and members of the administrative, managementor supervisory body - the "Whistleblower"), can report information on violations, including reasonable suspicions of actual or potential violations, that have occurred or are likely to occur.
The law of 16 May 2023 transposes into Luxembourg law Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law. To benefit from the protection regime provided by law, the Whistleblower must act in good faith, and have reasonable grounds to believe that the information is true at the time of reporting.
Reports can be made via the contact form below, either nominatively or anonymously (the name and email address fields are not mandatory). If the report is made nominatively, we guarantee that your identity will not be disclosed to the alleged perpetrator or to third parties, and that you will not suffer any form of reprisal, the necessary measures to guarantee the protection of the whistleblower, in accordance with the law of May 16, 2023 will be taken. Once the complaint is received, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt with a reference, within a maximum of seven days. We will inform you of the outcome of the procedure within a maximum of three months, except in cases of complexity requiring an extension, which may be up to three additional months.
