Graduate programmes throughout the Pictet Group

Pictet Asset Management
Our graduate programmes offer a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive view of the asset management industry from marketing and sales to investments, through a series of rotations. Graduate trainees experience between 8 and 10 rotations in a number of international locations over a period of 18 months, enabling them to develop first-hand knowledge and familiarise themselves with our investment teams and our products. They gain exposure to a wide range of experts within the firm and form part of our international graduate network. They also have the opportunity to develop their soft skills through individually tailored training programmes, helping them to deepen their personal branding and communication skills. On the technical side, they prepare for the CFA level 1 and level 2 qualification during the programme.

Pictet Wealth Management
Our 18-month graduate programmes offer a unique opportunity to develop strong competencies in the wealth management industry while quickly specialising on one function. Applicants may select from one of two Pictet Wealth Management graduate programmes: Investments and Etats-Major. During the programme, our graduates work within one dedicated team, and a series of short rotations is planned to build complementary skills, develop first-hand knowledge and familiarise themselves with our activities. They gain exposure to a wide range of experts within the firm and form part of an international graduate network. On the technical side, they prepare for a specific certification, while the Group Graduate Training Programme aims to develop their soft skills. By the end, graduates should be fully prepared to take ownership of the position for which they have been trained.

Pictet Alternative Advisors
Our graduate programmes offer a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive view from various angles of the alternative investments industry, comprising real estate, private equity and hedge funds. During the 18-month programme, successful applicants will cover investments, client relationships, project management and corporate functions (finance, risk management, compliance, legal and strategy), as well as being trained in a specific function so that they can become specialists in their area of responsibility. Apart from on-the-job training, graduates will study for a recognised professional certification and complete a series of training courses aimed at enhancing their communication skills, personal branding and leadership qualities. The graduate programmes may be available at our offices in Geneva, Singapore, Luxembourg and London.
