6 high quality reversionary logistics assets

Pictet acquires a portolio of 6 high quality reversionary logistics assets in Greater Paris, Orleans & Lille

Pictet Alternative Advisors, in a Joint Venture with Arax Properties, has completed the purchase of 6 high-quality reversionary assets in prime distribution locations (across the Dorsale region) from Mileway.

The portfolio consists of four assets in Greater Paris, one in Orleans and one in Lille totalling c. 122,000 sqm of logistics space.

The assets are let to a diversified roster of high quality tenants and the strategy entails the implementation of an active tenant management approach alongside a number of ESG initiatives.

The portfolio was acquired with senior financing from La Banque Postale.

Pictet has more than 30 years’ experience in alternative asset management and offers investors access to real estate investment opportunities across Europe.
