Our vocational training programmes, which lead to the award of a Certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC) — Federal vocational education and training certificate, are an opportunity for you to train and learn a profession. They will allow you to continue your development by giving you entry to higher education.

BEM work-study banking internship for Maturité holders

Join our 24-month training programme in Geneva, which will allow you to gain valuable experience and develop your skills for the future. So why not launch your career with us and unlock your potential? Upon completion you will be awarded the recognised BEM Certificate from the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA).

Throughout your internship, you will work alongside experienced specialists who will share their knowledge with you, benefiting from their guidance as you take on your first professional responsibilities.

Banking apprenticeship

Have you just completed your compulsory schooling with excellent results? Do you have good knowledge of English? And are you keen to find out more about the world of finance? If so, why not apply for a banking apprenticeship? Throughout the course, our qualified trainers will be alongside you.

They will ensure their knowledge is shared with you in a manner that meets the highest standards, as well as providing you with the follow-up you need from day one. Your professional, social and personal skills will be assessed regularly to measure your progress and ensure your apprenticeship is a success.

Haute école de gestion (in employment) – Junior HEG Programme

Have you obtained a vocational baccalaureate in commerce and wish to embark on higher education while working in the banking sector? The Junior HEG programme will enable you to develop the professional skills that will be useful for the next stages of your career.

  • Junior HEG PWM (80% employment contract)

    The Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) division supports private clients in managing, preserving, and transferring their wealth. With a personalised approach and recognised expertise, PWM offers bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s needs and projects.

    Joining PWM means working at the heart of client relations, discovering private banking professions, and contributing to the excellence of Pictet’s service. The programme includes several rotations within PWM’s Corporate functions (Risk & Compliance, Finance Operations & IT, Wealth Solutions), offering the opportunity to discover different departments, acquire a range of skills, and lay the foundations for an exciting career in wealth management.

  • Junior HEG OPS (60% employment contract)

    The Operations division at Pictet orchestrates, processes, and secures every financial transaction of the Group, ensuring smoothness, efficiency, and excellence at every stage. Its expertise and commitment are key to the Bank’s proper functioning, ensuring quality and compliance for all clients, and contributing to innovation and performance.

    The programme consists of four rotations within different banking operations and asset servicing departments, offering the opportunity to explore various services related to banking operations, develop a range of skills, and lay the foundations for a rewarding career.

  • Junior HEG TECH (60% employment contract)

    The Pictet Tech division is the technology department of the Pictet Group, responsible for developing, maintaining, and securing the Bank’s IT systems and digital solutions. It supports all of the Group’s technological activities, ensuring performance, security, and innovation. Pictet Tech plays a central role in operational excellence and performance, ensuring the quality and compliance of solutions for all clients.

    The programme consists of four rotations within different Pictet Tech departments, providing exposure to a variety of technological roles and expertise.
