The Pictet Group today released unaudited figures for the first half of 2023 showing operating income of CHF 1.621 billion (up 3% compared with the first half of 2022), total operating expenses before tax of CHF 1.146 billion (up 3%) and an operating result of CHF 475 million (up 2%).

Net profit was CHF 366 million and assets under management or custody stood at CHF 638 billion on 30 June 2023. Net new money amounted to over CHF 15 billion.

The Pictet Group’s total capital ratio remained strong. As of 30 June 2023, the total capital ratio was 29.3%, well above the minimum of 12% required by FINMA, based on CHF 3.56 billion of total regulatory capital.
