Habits

How do we keep our sanity and stay productive when all of the world's rituals have been disrupted? This episode focuses on empirically-proven strategies for changing one’s life and work.

Guests BJ Fogg, founder and director of the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford, Herminia Ibarra, Charles Handy Professor of Organizational Behavior at London Business School, and Alexandre Tavazzi, Global Strategist at Pictet Wealth Management and Head of the CIO Office, share a common commitment in the value of small but carefully considered changes in attitude and lifestyle to help achieve ambitious personal and professional goals – whether quitting a bad habit, such as smoking, making a career change or becoming a more effective leader.
