Thierry earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Geneva and also holds the Swiss and European Certified Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager Diplomas. Before joining Pictet in 1995, he spent 10 years with a major Swiss bank as a portfolio manager and investment advisor for its Active Advisory unit.
