Nicolas Staerkle
 Nicolas Staerkle is Managing Director and head of the Hong Kong office. In addition to supervising and running the office in compliance with local rules and regulations, his main objective is to develop a new client base in Northeast Asia, especially Hong Kong and Taiwan. Working with the country managers and in collaboration with the Singapore office, he is in charge of strengthening relations with existing clients, while providing them with tailored services.Nicolas Staerkle joined Pictet in 1999. He spent four years working as a portfolio manager at the Group headquarters in Geneva, dealing mainly with South African and UK clients. Prior to joining Pictet, he was employed for three years at United European Bank (BNP Paribas Group) in Geneva. Nicolas studied Economics at the St-Gallen Hochschule and holds a degree in Economics from the Webster University in Geneva. He also obtained the Swiss CFPI diploma. |
