Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)

Pictet Asset Management claims compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) over a 18-year period.

As a firm Pictet Asset Management complies with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS). To this resolve we have a dedicated Performance Measurement unit.

Our figures are verified annually by an independent auditor. This third party verification ensures transparency, consistency and integrity of performance procedures and reporting.
 
PAM claims compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS). It has been verified by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 1st January 1991 (PPS inception date) to 31st December 2008.


Pictet Asset Management (PAM) is the institutional business division of Pictet & Cie. PAM includes all the operating subsidiaries and divisions of the Group that carry out institutional asset management. It comprises PAM (Switzerland), PAM (London) and PAM (Tokyo). Pictet Asset Management is ultimately owned by the Partners of Pictet & Cie.

Dimitri Senik, Head of Investment Performance Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Switzerland, who leads Pictet Asset Management's PPS verification, confirmed "Compliance with performance presentation standards on global basis sets a true 'best practice' example with a voluntary independent verification adding even more credibility to this achievement".
