Udo von Werne

Udo von Werne joined Pictet Asset Management in Zurich in December 2000. He is in charge of Business Development for Switzerland.

Previously, he was with Zurich Scudder Investments where he was responsible for developing the institutional business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. From 1991 to 1996 he worked with UBS in strategic marketing, focusing primarily on private banking and institutional asset management. During his studies he gained sales and marketing experience with Procter & Gamble, Daimler Benz and several European consulting companies. Udo holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration completed with magna cum laude from the University of St. Gallen/Switzerland and an MBA from Cologne University, School for Business and Economics, in Germany.
