Christoph Lanter

Christoph Lanter is a Group Managing Director and a member of the Executive Board of Pictet Asset Management. He has overall responsibility for global business development and client relations.

Before joining Pictet in 2000, he was head of Asset Management at Zürcher Kantonalbank (Asset Management for institutional and private clients as well as in-house mutual funds). Before joining ZKB, Christoph was in charge of the North American buy-side research at UBS Switzerland and was a portfolio manager of UBS Portfolio Invest, a balanced mutual fund.

Christoph graduated in Economics from the University of Zürich and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. While at Zürcher Kantonalbank, he completed the program for executive development (PED) at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD, Lausanne).
