Graduate Recruitment

We are offering graduate recruitment opportunities with Pictet Asset Management, the institutional invesment management division of the Group. The details of our graduate recruitment programme are outlined below.
 
Working environment
The quality of work and of the working environment is equally valued. We are not hierarchical; everyone is appreciated and recognised for their own and their team’s contribution to the development of our business.

Training
You will begin with a structured programme of placements, gaining experience with different investment, marketing, client and administrative teams throughout the institutional division, including induction training in Geneva. At the end of the programme, you will join one of the investment teams on a permanent basis.

Qualifications
For top candidates your degree subject is not a limiting factor. You will have native-level English and probably knowledge of another language. All trainees are expected to take the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification in due course.

Skills
Pictet applies the most rigorous standards in its selection process. Candidates are expected to be articulate and business-like. Your academic record should be excellent. You should possess a high level of numeracy, analytical ability and literacy, as well as initiative, adaptability, independence, self-confidence and the usual computer skills. Selection is by interview at the offices of Pictet in London.

Remuneration
The successful candidates will enjoy a highly competitive remuneration package, including performance related bonus and benefits.

Conditions
Applicants should possess an EU passport or be able to demonstrate they have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Although our main recruiting takes place at the beginning of the year, we welcome applications from qualified and motivated candidates at all times of the year.
