PAM funds win Climate Change awards 2012
![]() Two funds from Pictet Asset Management’s environmental and SRI range were awarded prizes at the 4th annual Climate Change & Ethical Investment Awards held in London on 27 November 2012.
Pictet-Clean Energy was named Best Clean Energy Fund, while Pictet-Emerging Market Sustainable Equities received the award for Best New Entrant.
These distinctions testify to Pictet’s ambition to offer clients a wide choice of high-quality products in the field of sustainable investment, and its long-term commitment to managing its own operations in the most sustainable manner possible.
The awards were organised by Investment Week magazine and wealth manager Holden & Partners. |

Pictet wins Sustainable Development Award 2012
![]() Pictet won the Sustainable Development Award in the asset management category at the first annual Palmarès Investor Awards ceremony organised by Boursorama and Morningstar.
The Palmarès Investor Awards are given to the listed and asset management firms that have best met the expectations of private and institutional investors.
A ranking based on a poll of 40,000 investors
The awards were made after an online survey was conducted by the polling company OpinionWay in May 2012 among all CAC40 companies and various French and international asset management firms. Private and institutional investors were given the chance to comment on the criteria that influence their investment decisions, and they voted for the companies that had best met their expectations. A total of 40,000 votes were cast. |

PAM named SRI/ESG Provider of the Year at UK Pensions Awards 2012
![]() Pictet Asset management was named SRI/ESG Provider of the Year at the UK Pensions Awards 2012 that took place on 9 May 2012 in London. The other five shortlisted companies for this category were AXA Investment Managers, F&C Management, Mercer, Newton Investment Management and Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management.
Organised by Professional Pensions, the UK Pensions Awards are regarded as the industry's most prestigious accolades. They aim at rewarding providers that not only offer the highest level of innovation, performance and service to occupational pension schemes and their members, but have continued to improve this level of performance and service over the past year.
In the case of the 15th anniversary of the awards, judges assessed these criteria over a longer, five to ten year period.

PAM named swiss asset management firm of the year for third year running
![]() The Financial News Awards for Excellence in European Institutional Asset Management 2011 were held on 12 October 2011 at the Freemasons Hall, London.
For the third year running, Pictet Asset Management was awarded first place in the category "Swiss Asset Management Firm of the Year", ahead of Earth Resources Investment Group, Lombard Odier Asset Managers, Swisscanto and Vontobel. |

PAM wins Sustainable Investment award at PIPA 2011
![]() Organised by both Pensions Management and Pensions Week magazines, the UK Pension & Investment Provider Awards (PIPA) awards recognise excellence in the provision of products and services to UK occupational pension schemes. The event was held at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel, London, on 18th May.
The key criteria used to adjudicate the awards are performance, innovation, service standards and competitive edge.
F&C Investments was highly commended for its submission, however it was Pictet Asset Management that demonstrated a distinct competitive edge, especially in our sustainable Sector & Theme fund offerings (Pictet-Water, Clean Energy, Agriculture & Timber) as well as our quantitative SRI capabilities. |
