Job description
Processing requests to recover taxes and following them up.

Responsibilities
  • Searching for information on double taxation agreements and contributing to updates of the corresponding database
  • Taking responsibility for the entire tax refund procedure on behalf the Bank’s clients, drawing up requests to book the amounts received
  • Managing exemptions from taxes levied at source
  • Maintaining contacts with the tax authorities in the various countries concerned

Profile
  • Swiss Federal certificate (CFC) in Commerce or Banking or an equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of banking transactions and tax practices (Qualified Intermediary measures, European tax regulations, tax refunds)
  • Complete familiarity with the standard office IT applications (in particular MS Office)
  • Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English; knowledge of another language would be an asset
  • Must be resident in Switzerland
