Static Data Applications Analyst Developer

Business line: IT Operations Division
Team: Core Banking & Trading Applications
Location: Geneva
Activity rate: 100%
Negotiable working week: between 60% and 100%
 
Mission
Management and progressive maintenance of static client and counterparty data within our banking software programme Avaloq.

Responsibilities
Production

  • Assuming responsibility for, documenting and analysing production incidents
  • Co-ordinating incident follow-up to ensure that the incidents are resolved

Progressive maintenance, based on user needs, market constraints and/or new versions of the software

  • Setting up functional and technical analysis
  • Ensuring the coherence of the existing model
  • Carrying out customisation and configuration

Tests as part of the production and progressive maintenance phases
  • Setting up test scenarios (non-regression and progressive)
  • Carrying out testing (unit and integration tests)
  • Assisting users during quality testing phases
  • Co-ordinating releases

User support

  • Providing support to users to meet their improvement needs and requests

Profile
  • University degree in Economics or information management, or equivalent qualification
  • At least three years' experience in banking or in IT project management
  • Sound knowledge of jobs in private banking, especially in the area of static data
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases; experience of Avaloq software would be a plus
  • Spoken and written French and English; German would be a plus
  • Must be resident in Switzerland
