Avaloq Software Developer And Malfunction Support Officer

Mission

Providing support in analysing any malfunctions of the Avaloq banking tool, suggesting improvements and contributing to increasing the tool's reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

Analysing problems associated with the Avaloq banking tool, in collaboration with various experts in the field
Developing and configuring and customising elements of the Avaloq software
In association with the Avaloq support team, monitoring the process to find a solution
Being involved in the deployment of new functionalities, participating in associated activities such as test campaigns and the receipt of releases or service packs
Collaborating with the in-house Avaloq functional support team in creating cross-competencies

Profile

Degree in Economics or Systems Management or an equivalent qualification
Familiarity with the environment and/or with configuring and customising Avaloq would be an asset
Solid experience in programming; proficient in PL/SQL
Understanding of the basic principles and mechanisms of banking and finance, to allow for smooth interaction and collaboration with the business lines
English and French required; German would be an asset
Must be resident in Switzerland
