My experience
Finding the right balance between my life as a wife, a professional and mother is not easy, as we are subject to greater pressure than men in an equivalent position. Pictet is a modern company which affords women in positions of responsibility flexible working conditions. We must, however, remain flexible in respect of our responsibilities to ensure satisfaction in the workplace for both employee and employer.

My advice
Work hard and learn as much as possible in your job before starting a family, be patient and work to achieve your ambitions, don't expect the earth straight away. It will take time and hard work. Join women's associations such as the Financial Women's Association.
