My experience I haven’t really come across obstacles in my career, either at Pictet or anywhere else. In my work in institutional asset management, you judge your colleagues on their skills, and the opportunities are the same for everybody, whether it be in Switzerland or elsewhere. At Pictet, I have always been appreciated, remunerated and promoted on the same basis as my male colleagues. My advice Open your eyes to the world and stay mobile (be willing to accept international openings). Don’t forget that fighting like a man means becomes fully involved in your career!
