2010 Technical Report – Pictet GroupAfter moving its head office to the Acacias district in 2006, Pictet & Cie decided to replace its annual energy reports by a broader environmental statement covering the entire Group. The Pictet Group's first carbon footprint statement was thus drawn up for the year 2007, which has served as a point of reference for all reduction targets set in the short and medium term. In 2011 Pictet & Cie presented its fourth carbon balance sheet at Group level, drawn up in accordance with ISO 14064-1 and verified by certification organisation SQS. |

In 2010, for the third year running, the Pictet Group achieved its target in terms of limiting its CO2 emissions. |

Internal environmental surveyIn the spring of 2010, an internal environmental survey was launched at Group level. This sought to raise staff awareness of Pictet's "green" policy and to assess employees' perception of an eco-friendly attitude. There was a high response rate (in excess of 70%) with more than 1 500 proposals submitted by employees, a clear indication of their willingness to contribute in real terms to the Bank's environmental efforts and responsibility. |

The Report
 The Report provides information on the measures taken by the Group in terms of its carbon footprint, its policies on transportation and the use of telecom- munications, as well as its approach to buildings management (installations using energy from renewable sources). |
