What should I do if I lose my Maestro card?

Arrange for the Bank to cancel a lost or stolen Maestro card immediately, or call

+41 (0)44 271 22 30 outside of office hours.
You will need to give your Maestro card number.

Some tips for added security

  • Do not write your Maestro PIN on the Maestro card itself; keep the PIN separate from the card.
  • When choosing your Maestro PIN, do not use combinations of numbers that might be easy for others to guess (e.g. your phone number, date of birth, car registration number, etc.).
